Riff 1

MC.Mamastrip.1 Play with your forefinger and third finger, respectively on the 5th and the 7th fret...  

MC.Mamastrip.2 ... Don't hold the note.
Quick and staccato rhythm.
 

MC.Mamastrip.3 Forefinger pinches only the four first strings.
Hold the note to break the rhythm.
 

MC.Mamastrip.4 Before this movement, Ben Harper catches delicately the strings C, F, A like a rake-down. Let ring the strings.
Apply your forefinger, middle finger and third finger with very regulary rhythm, respectively on the 3th, 4th, 5th fret.
Fingers stay in position.

MC.Mamastrip.5 Use your middle finger to down from the7th to the 4th fret...
