1 - "h" (hammer-on) 2 - "p" (pull-off) 3 - Slide. From low to high. 4 - Slide. From high to low.

Lap-guitar

1 - Apply the bottleneck or slide-bar. 2 - "go". From low to high. 3 - "back". From high to low. 4 - Let ring. With vibrato. Move quickly the bottleneck or slide-bar on a quarter of tone.

Rake

Rake strings. Rake-up : Strum the notes upwards in the manner of an arpeggio. Rake-down : Strum the notes downwards in the manner of an arpeggio.
