background...
I grew up in Vancouver. Both my parents were in the film industry, but I vowed I would never go down that path. You know some sort of rebellion thing. After highschool I went travelling and when I got back I went to school for digital audio editing. I worked in a studio part time as an audio editor. I only got into making films 2 years ago, 6 months before getting the job with Ben. I had been in contact with him and I pitched an idea to him about going on the road for a week or so with a camcorder and a laptop to edit a couple clips of the shows for the website. Not very many bands were doing that. Ben was into it, but said I should get into contact with him closer to the time of their world tour. A couple months went by and I recieved a call from Ben. He offered me the job, but he wanted to step it up. Really document the Diamonds tour. There was a trial period to see if I was gonna work out. Here I am a year and a half later. I feel very blessed to be a part of the BHIC camp. Ben is the best boss I've ever had.

equipment...
I use 2 Panasonic AG DVX-100 3 chip cameras. I sometimes use a shotgun mic, but because its just me out there I usually just depend on the camera's on board mics.
I just purchased the Sony F-828 digital camera for photos.

There Will Be A Light (EPK)...
I happened to be in LA doing some work with the IC's seperately from Ben and he by chance was going into the studio to produce a couple tracks for the Blind Boys new record (which then turned into a full album), Ben remembered that I was in town and asked if I would film the studio session. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I'm very thankful to Ben and the Blind Boys for letting me film it all.
